Hi GameFizz,

I recently checked out this game and really loved what you’re building, it has a great look and feel! I was wondering if you'd be interested in a small, no-cost playtest partnership with GameUserResearch.

We’d gather real gameplay data, feedback, and visuals (like footage, screenshots, and survey responses) to help refine the experience. The main focus would be on how intuitive the mechanics are, what players understand easily, and where improvements could be made to enhance clarity and flow.

We’d also take a look at engagement, difficulty balance, and overall UX to see if anything stands out for refinement.

If you’ve got any other games in development that could benefit from structured user testing, I’d love to help provide early feedback and insights to help guide the direction. I have an example of a playtest that I recently finished if you would like to see an example.

Neat game! I especially love the green flash on the astronauts' tethers, they're great feedback for when they hit and destroy something.

I remember putting that in and wondering if anyone would even realize what it meant.

This is a great game, especially for your first game. I've really enjoyed it so far. Nice work!

FYI, I was getting some frame drops and stutters that seemed to be related to the larger enemy ships. A bit later, after buying the plasma laser upgrade, the frame drops got pretty bad.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. Just a little clarification, this is my first time posting on itch.io. I have made some games in the past.

Ya, I've noticed a little glitch here and there. Something to do with the shaders I believe. Maybe they're not the best on the web, hopefully I can tune that a little better when I figure it out.

I gotcha. Thanks for clarifying. Still, I really like it just the same! I've followed the game so I can keep up with it.

Its fun, I like it.
I can play this for quite a while, good work.

It would also be nice to have different base ships that you can unlock, with different weapons.
Like one that deals more damage each shot but slower, or a laser ship etc.

The game could for sure use some more tweaks and more ships would be a nice addition. However this was a good project for starting out on my indie side game dev and I'm going to be moving onto getting more games out there.
