Minor loading & lag tweaks

Just uploaded a new version to try and address a few issues with lag spikes and consistent lag further along in the game.
- Preload GPUParticles cache to prevent sudden lag spikes
- Lessen some of the particles for the web build to address fps issues later in the game
- Add rotating cache image during preload in upper left corner
- Add GameFizz logo to lower left
